The goal is clear. Give the athlete the direction, motivation, confidence and push to become better. Add in 35 years of experience and the athlete is going to become faster, quicker and stronger. 


Becoming better at your specific sport is not "a one size fits all" approach.  Every athlete has different strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed on an individual basis.


Using the latest in neuroscience research and applying that to create the correct movement patterns, the athlete will not only develop more speed and agility and quickness, but also become more efficient which means more energy for the later part of the game.


Strength is also a component of speed.At FPC we also focus on developing the strength the athlete needs on the field. Explosive strength and core conditioning helps each athlete become better. 

We feel our program has been tried and proven across all sports fields and will help you become a better athlete.
